Regular downloads from driver cards and vehicle units are only the foundation. Value appears when someone reviews missing entries, infringements and incorrect activity selection.

One error may be accidental; the same error every week indicates a bad habit or an unrealistic route plan. Drivers and dispatch need feedback before it recurs during an inspection.

Assign a responsible person, download deadlines and a way to record corrective action. Otherwise responsibility is dispersed between driver, workshop and office.

Model scenario: a monthly review finds the same missing manual entry on four Mondays for one driver. Correcting the routine after the fourth occurrence is more useful than archiving 28 clean files and noticing the pattern only during an audit.
